This program is designed to empower youth (in and out of educational institutions) to realize their potentials in acquiring skills demanded in the 21^st century. It focuses on relevancy, content, delivery, and educational infrastructures in order to amplify the development of 21^st century skills to young people for meaningful involvement and participation in the development.
